Carlos has been building a professional practice as an insurance and financial advisor since he retired in 2005 from his teaching and technical writing careers. Carlos is a native Spanish speaker, educated in Ecuador and Chile. He is very interested in bringing the concepts and strategies of the Money for Life Model to the Spanish-speaking communities in the United States. To that end, he is currently translating Money Now, Money Later, Money for Life into Spanish. Carlos previously served as a Spanish professor at DePauw University and the University of Utah. In addition, he acted as academic Librarian at IPFW, Purdue, and Ohio State Universities. Carlos has a keen interest and involvement in financial services since the 1970's. He has held a license in health and life insurance in Indiana, Utah, Illinois, Ohio, and Iowa, where he resides since 2001. In the past, Carlos was a Registered Representative with a Series 6 registration.
