Chuck owns PROVEN RESULTS, a firm that helps families and individuals - including business owners and professionals - revolutionize their financial lives by learning how to have money accomplishing at least two tasks at the same time. A specialty is helping Christians discover how to be better stewards over the assets that God is allowing them to manage for Him, including training them in Biblically-responsible investing. He also assists Christian ministries in establishing development (gifting) programs.
Raised primarily in the western suburbs of Chicago, Chuck graduated from Riverside-Brookfield High School. He was involved in football, swimming, and track, sang with the chorus and in musicals, and served on the Student Council.
After Chuck got his B.A. degree in International Relations from Purdue University, he served 3 years as a Ranger and Airborne qualified Army Officer in the U.S. and Germany. Then he was with a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, Ortho Pharmaceutical, for 8 years in sales and management, attaining the highest market share ever. In 1976, Chuck started helping clients discover innovative solutions to their financial puzzles. He earned the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations, and was Admitted to the Registry of Financial Planning Practitioners. Chuck also is licensed to use the Certified Financial Planner® and CFP® marks, and is a Certified ESOP Provider. He has owned broker/dealer and investment advisor firms, with 2 partners and 12 employees. Consequently, he understands overhead, meeting payroll, keeping good employees happy, providing fringe benefits, etc.
Chuck is a Charter member of Kingdom Advisors, has earned the Qualified Kingdom AdvisorTM designation, and also has completed the four-week mentoring with Ray Lyne of Lifestyle Giving. He was an active member in the National Association of Christian Financial Consultants for years, and earned the Christian Financial Consultant & Advisor (CFCA®) designation with the first class that was designated.
Chuck has served 2 terms on the Board of Governors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, and has been on the Executive Committee. He completed Leadership Broward, Class XII. He has been an officer and director of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County, Florida; and of the Milwaukee (Wisconsin) Estate Planning Council; and has been a director of the Broward County Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors and the Planned Giving Council of Broward County.
The Florida Bankers Association asked Chuck to teach at the Florida Trust School in Tampa, and he was the first instructor of the Financial Planning Skills course for the Life Underwriters Training Council. He has been the regular financial specialist for the Wills, Estate, & Financial Planning Seminars at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, teaching with a Board-Certified Estate Planning and Probate Lawyer.
Chuck enjoys playing tennis and downhill skiing. At Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church he has been President of the Men's Council, played numerous character roles in theatrical productions, is a trainer in Evangelism Explosion, and sings with the choir and worship team. He is on the Board of CBMC (Christian Businessmen's Connection), served five years on the Board of Hope Women's Centers (an affiliate of CareNet, HeartBeat International, and NIFLA) and the Secretariat of the Gold Coast Via de Cristo, and worked on Beachfest. Chuck has been blessed with 2 children and 7 grandchildren.
