Jonhenri BallJonhenri Ball's financial service career started in 1974 when he answered a classified ad in the local newspaper advertising for an insurance company that was offering to spend $40K over a three-year period to educate their employees. Jonhenri thought this would be a great way to have an MBA paid for by someone else.  In 1975, Jonhenri became an independent agent; and in 1982, he founded The Institute for Financial Strategies, Inc.
